Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you as a registered user ("you", "the player") and z99999 ("the platform", "we", "us") governing access to and use of all services available at z99999.onl. • z99999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal amounts above specified thresholds.

Bonuses & Promotions

z99999 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods. General bonus rules applicable across all z99999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is available. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation. Price changes between selecting odds and confirming a bet may result in the revised odds being offered before acceptance.

• Bets placed on events whose result is already known — for any reason, including data feed errors — are void and stakes returned.

Where an account is closed in good standing, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after the standard verification process is completed.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting z99999 support. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be included in the returned balance at the time of voluntary closure.
